Oldfields School is one of the oldest girls' boarding schools in Maryland. The school focuses on the intellectual and moral development of students. It has been in operation since 1867 and features a gymnasium, library and classrooms. The school enrolls students in grades 8 through 12. Oldfields School offers college guidance and academic support services. The school provides classes in English, science, foreign language, fine arts, mathematics and social studies. It administers a riding program and organizes summer camps. Oldfields School provides a variety of opportunities for several sports activities, such as soccer, tennis, volleyball, field hockey, softball and badminton.
