Excellent service department. We bought our new truck from them 6 years ago for the farm. The service department is always honest and tries to give us the best price with the service we occasionally need. We take our older Buick there as well. I wish they had a detailing service as well.

I have never bought a car from them, but their repair shop is the BEST we have ever gone to. We drive 20 minutes to bring our cars there and I would be willing to drive even farther if I had to. Honest and dependable!!

the people here are extremely dishonest, and they will say anything to get you to believe them. My husband and I recently purchased a used vehicle from them. This vehicle cost over $10,000. When we were ready to look for another vehicle, we checked their lot, and my husband found a truck he really liked. We made an offer on the truck that was $900 less than the asking price. They came back with a counter offer of only $400 off the asking price, and told us that they were giving us a great deal because we had just bought another vehicle from them. We agreed, but asked them to fix a couple of things. We also had a trade-in, and a $400 coupon for test-driving the vehicle. Come to find out, they never actually took ANY money off the asking price, they just used our coupon up front. They DID NOT tell us that they were using the coupon as the $400. They made it look like they were taking money off the vehicle, when really, we were already getting that money off. We disputed this and they told us flat out to "go somewhere else" They were not interested in our business." my husband and I decided that we still wanted the truck because it was a great deal. There was no doubt that it was a good deal, thats not what I was debating, it was the way they presented us with the "money off" and they were sneaky about it. I have no patience for people that lie and act like they are doing you this great service, when really they arent doing crap! My entire family buys their vehicles there, and gets their vehicles serviced there. I told them that I was going to let people know about their terrible service, and that is exactly what i am doing! Also, they tried to bribe us with keychains and hats, to make us not tell people about the service! how shady!
