This is the best gym I have ever joined. Kelvin will push you to your limits and encourage you to go farther. He is genuinely concerned that you set your goals and works with you to meet them. The trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. It is a positive environment and I would recommend this gym to anyone at any fitness level!
