        The customer services was outstanding... I have been a Biglots customer in the Spindale, N.C store for a long time for a while the customer services was awful . The stores has shown alot of improvement in the past few weeks. Today I was greeted when I walked in by a new employee I'm almost sure she is a manger. I went about my normal shopping and I was then approached by the same lady she greeted me with her name I believe to be Melissa. and asked me if there was anything she could assist me with she really made me feel important.. It was really refreshing.. So whatever there doing there at this store is all around becoming a great place to shop.
