        Mastery is when a professional can do and actually does everything well. Wizardry is when a professional goes beyond mastery, being able to do things beyond tradition, beyond the books and manuals. The wizard astounds others with service above the highest standards.

        Look at Steve's stars - all 5's on a 5 scale! Steve performs above the highest expectations...he is truly a WIZARD with transmissions.

        When the two batteries in my Ford 350 turbo-diesel went dead in his parking lot, he diagnosed the problem and helped me install both new ones! I asked him why he went the EXTRA MILE. "Because I really mean my motto - 'Trust buils one transmission at a time,'" he replied. Steve not only says it ... he does it! And he keeps doing it ... over decades!
