I highly recommend NW Trends for their luxury vinyl flooring options and installation. Robbin and her team did a fantastic job. I purchased a 3-level condo from a DIYer. I took estimates from 3 different local Spokane flooring companies. Robbin identified short cuts the previous owner took that could add to my overall costs. She correctly identified sloping in sections of the floor that I hadn’t noticed myself. Her estimate included all the added work/complications she foresaw with my project. Although, her estimate was a bit higher than the other companies I believed Robbin was correct in her prediction of the work required to remove what was hiding under my haphazardly installed hardwoods. Her predictions were correct, the project lead Vlad and his team worked tirelessly to get my floors done on-time and on budget. I am very thankful for Robbin and Vlad, both performed as if these were their own floors. I am exceptionally happy with how they turned out.
