I work for a Hotel in downtown Spokane. This is the only taxi service we use. Always on time. Most of time early. Great rates to. I personally use this taxi service.

Advanced Transportation is the best taxi and shuttle service. Al picked up my parents who had to fly for a family emergency. Despite short notice, he was early to arrive and was very courteous. He even helped them find an earlier flight. An excellent experience overall and we plan to use them again in the future.

They were extremely friendly when I made the reservation and on the drive. They were about 5min early and called me promptly when they got to my house. When I called to make the reservation they were more then happy to give me an approximate quote and they have a tendency to over estimate the quote, so that the final cost was less then expected. A very good experience and I plan to use them again in the future. They are very popular for a reason and I suggest making a reservation if possible.

I've used these guy's now for a few months while here in Spokane on business and have always been met before my scheduled pick up. They offer first class service at a more than reasonable rate. They are highly recommend by me. Sincerely Rick

From the phone call to make a reservation to drop off at my hotel, the service was excellent. My driver was waiting for me when I arrived at the airport. I'd barely deplaned when I got a call telling me exactly where I could find him. After having horrible airport transfer service in the Baltimore-DC area earlier in the summer, I was ecstatic at the ease of using Advanced Transportation. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Yesterday I needed help with getting my Grandpa from the hospital to his retirement home. I live in Georgia, so started my internet search for a taxi. I called 3 companies and explained my scenario and also that I needed to pay over the phone with a credit card. Two sounded like folks I would not trust my Grandpa to and the other would not take payment over the phone, then I reached AL!! He was happy to help and was extremely flexible. He was on time picking him up and even walked him into his building. My Grandpa really liked Al too. I will definitely call Al again!! He is Trustworthy, polite and thoughtful!
