Top Nails

I absolutely love Kelly she knows exactly what I want and need every time I come in. She is patient with my indecisive daughter. I don't go anywhere else, anytime I do I'm disappointed

Just had the worst experience getting my nails done. I am not usually a complainer about this kind of stuff. But to start off they cut all my tips off and one of my nails ended up completely cut off the side. Then he was super rough on my nails and made my nail bleed after I asked him to be gentle. Then I asked him to make them thick and they are super thin. And then he over charged me after I already asked what the price would be. And when I talked to the manager her explanation was I talked to fast and should probably ask my questions slower. What a joke. Don't ever come here. What a nightmare. I am so bummed out.
