Pediatric Care
Born and raised in Nashville, my husband and I moved to Franklin, Tennessee almost 30 years ago. For years, I excelled (most days) at being a stay at home mom to five children while using my degree in business to help my husband in several successful entrepreneur adventures. I began my nursing career in pediatric acute care, which eventually led me to the challenging and most rewarding neonatal intensive care unit. I come to AFD as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with a focus in primary care, integrated health and wellness, weight control, pediatric care, and Attention Deficit Disorder.

Our primary care now offers Ozempic and Wegovy, for eligible patients, which can be beneficial for patients looking to manage their weight or type 2 diabetes.

Our history begins in the summer of 2002, when Dr. S. Steve Samudrala MD, affectionately referred to as “Dr. Sam”, founded America’s Family Doctors. At the time, we operated out of our single Brentwood location. Fast forward almost two decades and our family practice continues to grow, blossoming into 3 locations in Middle Tennessee.

When you or your loved one is ill or injured, you don’t want to wait in an ER... you want to be seen now... in a fast. convenient and comfortable setting... and at an affordable price. We offer all urgent care services including the following...
Electrocardiogram
Our program includes an extensive physical examination, comprehensive laboratory studies, electrocardiogram, and where indicated more extensive procedures such as pulmonary function and cardiac stress testing.
Immunizations
The fee for the physical exam does NOT include any required immunizations. See the Immunization List to see which vaccines you might need. If you have any previous immunization documentation, bring this with you to the first office visit. This will need to be translated in English before you arrive. The USCIS requires physical proof of any immunizations. We will need to include this in your sealed envelope.

Internal Medicine
Medical Degree from an accredited university in the United States or its foreign equivalent. Must be board certified in internal medicine or family medicine with at least two-year experience in primary care. Must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Tennessee.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
If you have already been diagnosed and need to schedule an appointment for medication management, click here to schedule with any of our providers. Our Spring Hill location is not accepting any new patients for this. ***Please note that if we do not have previous medical records showing your diagnosis of ADD or ADHD you will need to have them faxed to us before we are able to see you for this***
