        Customer Service is totally lacking. Have one person working in the parts department and can not multi-task. I ordered parts on Thursday to be in on Friday - today is Wednesday (following week) and the Parts Department is so behind that they can't tell me if UPS delivered my ordered parts... hasn't had time to review what was received. Ton of people sitting around - they need to help the parts department out and work the freight! Frustrated!
