I can honestly say that this lackluster don't-give-a-crap attitude garbage dump of a business deserves 1 star in all categories. I brought a subwoofer in for repair and the guy told me that it sounded to him like a simple fix and he recommended probabilistically to pay the $50 for a diagnosis. Well as it turns out, the cost was going to be another $150 to repair! They never gave me a fair warning that the cost could be astronomical for simple parts, but after committing based on this dishonesty, it was in for a penny in for a pound so I reluctantly decided to go through with it teetering on the edge of indifference. 1 star for Service. I waited TWO TO THREE MONTHS and they never called me back!! 1 Star for Promptness. Finally *I* called *THEM* and they said, oops! It turns out we can't get your part to repair it, so you're out your $50 for nothing. Essentially, they charged me $50 to tell me that they were never able to repair it to begin with. 1 star for Expertise. ScrewThem

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Best Buy contracts out to get TV fixed because of protection plan. Extremely rude and condescending to customers. Phone number just goes to answering machine and they call back when convenient for them. Limited pick up times. When they came just unplugged TV while in middle of gaming. Refused to protect the TV with original box or blanket upon request. Took 7 days to even look at it. Finally got diagnosis after 9 days, then refused to put TV in box when I came to pick up. Associate rudely says "why do you care, the TV is broke, it's Best Buys problem." Showed him that the box and TV wouldn't not fit or be safe for transport with 4 month old in van. Slammed the TV in the van and responded with "BITE ME!" I went back in to speak with manager, 2 other associates were extremely verbally abusive, became a screaming match with 4 grown men. Finally just left got TV replaced by Best Buy and filed a customer complaint with corporate office & BBB. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Took in a Technics turntable from 1973 that I bought at an auction. They fixed it in the time frame they said, and stayed within the estimated cost. Plays perfect! Great job!

The customer service at this place is horrible ! I bought a television at walmart that went out 3 months after I bought it. The manufactures told me that they will pay to repair it but it has to be take to Great Western. Great Western told me that my television will be repaired in 7 days but it took almost a month to get my television returned. When I called to inquire about the wait, they rudely gave me several different excuses. My friend's television is in need of repair. I told him NOT to take his television to Great Western. These people are very rude and dishonest. I cant believe that I was treated the way that I was considering some businesses are struggling to keep the doors open.
