Come to Josephs Fine Cuisine to experience fine dining with a casual atmosphere. At Josephs Fine Cuisine, the chef and owners are invested in providing all of our guest a fine dining experience. The owners, Chef Jojo and Joseph, first started their restaurant endeavors with Jojo's Street Cuisine in downtown Springfield, Illinois. Jojo's was such a success that we decided to start making plans for our expansion on the West Side of Springfield. We decided to close our downtown location to focus more on the development and guest experience at Josephs' Fine Cuisine. As owners, we are extremely thankful and blessed to have our loyal guests and we look forward to serving you and many more at Joseph's Fine Cuisine, conveniently located at 3153 Hedley Dr on the West side of Springfield. While Joseph's has similar options for lunch, we offer a more upscale experience and fine dining in the evening. In addition, we have a full service bar! Something unique about us is that we allow our guests to join us at the Chefs table to see our talented Chef make his masterpiece entrees. We would describe our new location as fine cuisine with a casual atmosphere. We are excited to serve all of Springfield and the surrounding communities.
