Porter's Premier Cleaners

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received at Porter's Premier Cleaners. I asked for a bridesmaid dress to be pressed only. After I paid the expensive bill for this single service, I realized the packaging wrinkles were still present. After several conversations, phone calls, and trips to the cleaners I was told I could not receive my money back because I didn't give them a second chance. Furthermore, the second dry cleaners I took the dress to said there were dry cleaning solvent stains on the dress, even though I hadn't asked for the dress to be cleaned. I will never recommend Porter's Premier Cleaners to anyone and wouldn't trust them with my Halloween costume.
