DO NOT do business with these people. I was a paying customer for several years, I scheduled a Brazilian wax a day in advance, when I arrived the woman asked me if I was getting my eyebrows done, when I explained I had made an appointment she looked shocked, and had me undress while she was still in the room. Though she was friendly, she completed the wax doing only about 3 large strips. It was extremely painful and she left a lot of hair. The next I noticed that ALL the hair she did remove was already growing back. I called and went in to see another girl to see what she could do and the girl was absolutely shocked at what she saw. She apologized up and down and got the hair that was missed, but could do nothing about all of the hair that was ripped instead of pulled and suggested that i shave it. She also told me i would be getting a phone call for either a partial or full discount for another wax. I had inquired about a refund, and she said I could discuss it when i got the phone call. This was OVER A MONTH AGO and I have yet to get a phone call. I've called and left THIRTEEN MESSAGES for the manager and owner. When I did get to speak to the manager she was rude and told me I had waited too long. When i told her i've been calling constantly she said she would call me back. SHE NEVER DID. I STILL CALL and they will not respond to me. I never received so much as a store credit for the terrible service i received. I was extremely nice and patient every time I called, and they will not even let me tell them what happened to me. Please pass this information along to anyone thinking of getting a wax here.

I loved the atmosphere, everyone was very friendly and the ladies were hilarious. I felt very comfortable and at home. The pedicure I received was OK. I might try a hair cut or something different, but I'll stick to Lucky's for my nails.

Do not go here. The owner, Barbara is very inpersonable and was very rude during my pedicure. She continued to hold a conversation in front of me in her native language polish while she was doing my pedi. Totally unprofessional and the girls at the front desk are rude and immature including Laura. I would never go back there.

Of course, Sarah is the best!
