Vicare Transport

Terrible...My first experience with this company for a doctor's appointment. First, got a call saying he would be ten minutes late. He showed up, twenty minutes late...no apology, just asking if I called the doctor and if I'm still going. I got there, fifteen minutes late for the appointment but I didn't know how long I would be, so I said I would call when I was done. I called him at 3:15 and he said he would be a half hour. He called my at 4:15 and and said he was on his way. He finally picked me up at 4:50 and he was surprised that I was angry with him and then he got mad at me. I was surprised to see that it was Victor Davila who had driven me because he is listed as the president of Vicare and he was very rude and offered no apology at all. Normally I wouldn't have minded waiting, but my appointment was with the doctor who is doing surgery on the pressure sore I have and shouldn't be sitting in my wheelchair for extended periods of time...something I told him on the way to the hospital. I've been getting these wheelchair van services for the past five years of so and have used almost all the companies available and will never use Vicare again.
