Very great products and selection of items. Very nice people that cared more about the service they gave then the money they made. Very reasonable prices. The rocks that we purchased were very good for our project!

We had multiple plants and trees die and toward the end of the warranty period, Jensen Gardens began to refuse to replace the items that died. From the very beginning we had weeds/grass growing through the mulch b/c they didn't remove enough soil with the sod cutter. We had River Birch trees planted with dead limbs in them that we had to cut out ourselves and 3 pine trees that were planted in a wet area of the yard so they all died. I had to contact the BBB b/c Nate Jensen would not return our phone calls -- in the end the company asked us for an addition $140 to replace the dead tree on top of the $12,000 that we originally paid for our landscape design. Definitely keep these things in mind - poor customer service and refusal to replace dead trees - and look into other companies!

Dear Marsha, I am sorry that we are unable to meet your demands. We strive to provide the absolute best customer service to our customers. We returned your phone calls the same day. We replaced two of your trees under warranty over the past 18 months. We noted when replacing the second tree that the area was excessively wet, and we notified you in writing that the trees were getting too much water. After receiving your third warranty request, we called and set an appointment for our on staff Nebraska State Certified Arborist, Bernie Bailey, to meet with you onsite to assess your trees and determine what was causing these trees to die. Our Arborist took several soil samples and found that the soil around your trees was severely over saturated. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for tree loss due to over watering, as stated in your signed agreement. In a good faith effort, we offered suggestions on how to solve the problem and also offered you 50% off of a new tree. We wish you well in fixing your water problem and successful gardening.
