Auto garages are tough places to deal with, this place is very nice and comfortable. I needed to get a lot of work done. They took the time to show me everything and I felt informed by the time I said yes to the sale.

My Porsche is my prized possession, I only let people I know work on it. This location treats it with the care that it deserves and that I demand. They put four Michelins on it and I got a $50 mail in rebate for using the NTB Card. I paid nothing and people all around my neighborhood have commented on how nice my Porsche looks with Michelin tires on it. 5 Stars.

I am going to say that this is the best garage in the city. They do quality service. I took my car in for an oil change and they did a great job. I will be going back.

Woke up the morning of a very important work day with a flat tire. With my long drive to work, I could not drive all the way on my spare so I stopped at NTB to see if they could fit me in. Despite not having an appointment, they worked very fast and efficient to get a new tire put on and I wasn't even late for work. Excellent customer service and made my rough start to my morning insignificant.

My boyfriend went here to get his car worked on with my GPS in his car. He forgot to put it in the glove dept. so it was on the floor. After they worked on it the GPS disappeared. We filed a police report but no one fessed and the manager said we were liable. Companies are supposed to take care of their customers and we felt the exact opposite. We have not gotten reimbursed. Be careful of your things if you go here because if they happen to disappear and they are not held liable....

I went to have a low profile tire have a seal put back on.. Nothing new with these type of tires especially in the winter you think the man the "helped" me would have known this. He said my tires that was purchased a year ago were bad and that is why this happened proceeding in trying to sell me a brand new set of tires and that he couldn't get to me for a couple hours. Well in a couple hours they would have been closed first off. I took my car today to RIM MAN and he fixed it with no problems, high sale tactics and $15 cheaper! So sick of places like this trying to rip off women!!

This company has the best price for your money than any other tire center in the county or surrounding counties. I have brought 3 cars here and have had only great service and understanding people who care about your budget as well as your well being. Will do business again.
