        We hired Casella since 2012 be...

        We have been used Casella (Canandaigua NY) since 2012 because we thought it was going to be good. But it has been a disaster. Mostly lately THEY JUST DON'T PICK UP THE GARBAGE AND RECYCLING!!! We paid for a NO service. We are going to change to another local small company that we heart is better and cheaper!!!

        Overall

        Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have left Casella for other carriers numerous times to just have Casella buy out the smaller company. I will take my own trash to the dump rather than pay that corporate giant another cent!!!
