Provided by SuperpagesHad an unusual amount of post-surgery bruising that concerned us. Normal vet was closed because it was 10pm on a Friday. Took our little buddy to Metzger Animal Hospital and was met with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If need be, Metzger will be used for emergencies and second opinions. Thanks everybody!

Provided by SuperpagesI took my dog here for a foot injury. After xray & exam, I was told a superficial corn on his foot. Treated as such, until the toe became totally infected, not response to antibiotics. Upon re-xrayed, the vet found that my dog had stones lodged in his foot, working in from the pad. Comparing xrays Metzger's took, it was completely obvious this was the initial problem & why he was limping a year ago. Metzger's told me it was a corn, when in fact, you clearly see its something in his foot. I've spent thousands treating this as they directed. Fred Metzger only offered to refund my $300 visit. Meanwhile, I've incurred thousands, let alone my dog's pain for a year, due to Griffins serious gross negligence & incompetence. Stay Away!

Provided by SuperpagesThey may cost more, but it's worth it. They are the best vet hospital in the region. They are knowledgeable, more than competent, respectful, and very compassionate. You can't go wrong going to Metzger's.

Provided by SuperpagesI HIGHLY recommend Metzger Animal Hospital. They are the only ones I will trust my animals too, after searching and trying out other vets, it is clear that Metzger's is the BEST. They know what they are doing, they will take the time to discuss your pet's care with you, and they will be compassionate, respectful, and sensitive to you and your beloved pet. It's well worth the money.

Provided by SuperpagesDr. Koshko is the only vet I trusted with my ferrets. I traveled an hour to see him but it was always worth it. They are a little pricey but when it comes to my pets I would rather drive far and pay more for the right answer than find somewhere cheap and almost letting my animals die because they don't know what's going on.They have excellent knowledge and are very friendly. I really appreciate all the help they have given me throughout the years.
