Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe

The tower we were in looked very run down, the room was the same. The carpet was worn the floor was uneven and the heater was so loud that we had to turn it off when we went to bed. You could hear our heater down the hall. There was no mini fridge, no coffee pot, etc. On top of all that we found a nasty dirty hairy rag hanging on the shower curtain rod. When we told our check out clerk about our unhappiness she asked if we called maintenance.... Definitely won’t be staying there again.

I really enjoyed our stay there in Sept. I liked the location and the weird thing is that I did not find coffee in my room.

Found a killer deal for HR hotel and the room was perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly, room was clean and whenever I walk away from a casino with money, the place is a winner in my book!!
