        I ordered jewelery and the engraving was not as I had requested. I notifed the company by email prior to the item being delivered. The owner wrote back right away and said not a problem, if after getting the item I was still unhappy, he would make an adjustment. The item arrived, I was not happy with it. I emailed the company once, twice, and three times. No response. They ignored me after the sale completely. I will not buy from this place again.
