John installed my replacement Pool liner 2 years ago. Last year when it was opened all 4 corners had popped out. Something we had never seen before with our old liner. He promptly came out and corrected the problem. This year when 2 corners popped out again, he said he would come out over the weekend. He never showed and never called. When asked about coming out he was rude and stand offish that my minuscule problem was beneath him. He sent me a link to youtube to fix it myself. Beware he does not stand behind his work. Our old liner never popped out!! EVER!! He went from professional to jerk in a snap. Never going to do business with them again. I expect all companies I do business with to be professional and warranty their work and take care of their customers. Very unhappy the verbal abuse I was given by this business.

John is very knowledgeable and pays attention to the little details. You can tell he has decades experience in this area and knows how to do these pool projects the right way.
