Great experience with a new stove/oven that I ordered sight unseen since I couldn't leave the house. I have friends jealous of it. Price was right. Prompt, friendly delivery and installation. I had a "stupid question" about operating it a day or two later, called, and got a friendly, helpful answer.

I am writing this review concerning only my purchase and delivery of a new washer...5 stars all the way. Chris immediately greeted us as we entered the store, listened attentively to my “wants” in a reliable American made washer to replace my piece of never again junk “almost new Samsung”. Even as other customers entered he excused himself as necessary to respond and then reengaged with us to make the sale. The next morning we received call that washer could be delivered at 1:30...arrived on time as promised, junky Samsung out the door, and new Magtag in place. I would recommend S&W without reservations based on our encounter. Immediately ran two loads of wash with no problems...I’m a happy consumer!!

The last three appliances purchased here were completely unsatisfactory. The dishwasher never worked right and is now beyond warranty, so I'm now facing another replacement so soon. When they first started out I purchased all my appliances from no one else, but their service and products have completely fallen by the way. They may as well close up since they don't seem to care now.
