        Will change home warranty. This company has no customer service skills and a 1 week wait time to fix a part of the heating unit that was leaking carbon monoxide. Dead of winter and no heat. Run for the hills...never again.

        DONT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! You will regret it!!! I was warned but I had no choice since I have a home warranty. Bottom line I have a baby and no heat with freezing temperatures. They lied to the home warranty and told them it was a pre existing condition because I gave them a hard time. The reason I gave them a hard time was I was told on a Friday they would upload the paper work and get the process started they did not. After I told them I was calling the home warranty place he threatened me and told me if I did he would not do the work. I did call the home warranty they called him and they changed the diagnosis so that It would take more time to get the repair completed.

        Terrible! They missdiagnosed our issue with our furnace and they tried to sell us a new furnace instead of the $500 dollar fix we were quoted by 2 other companies if their initial diagnosis was actually the problem! Stay away!
