        Overall

        Horrible. Very disappointed with their service. It's been a month since they first looked at our refrigerator and they still have not fixed the problem. Now they tell us the part will be in on Friday but because of the holiday they can't come until next Tuesday. A true repair "service" would make sure they got the part to the customer BEFORE the holiday. Meanwhile, we've been one month without our refrigerator! Would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
