The UPS Store

I rbought a watch into this store on Dec 20th to be shipped, took a recipet and went home, in January I called up there to find out why my package had not been delivered and was told that it is UPS "policy" to simply pass off articles to the regular post office if it falls under a cetain amount of money, no tracking number, no way of finding the item and NO RESPONSABILITY on the part of UPS. We were told over and over by the stores manager "Vickie" that there was simply nothing they could do, since it was policy and maybe we should check with the post office. I contacted UPS directly and had several others do the same thing and they werwe told that "UPS NEVER hands stuff off to the post office regardless of the amount" so someone here is lying. They are quick enough to take your money, and probably your items too, and even quicker to claim innocense and so we are just suppose to eat a $220.00 loss due to deciept, fraud and theft, I don't think so. We will be taking this little group to court very soon. If I were you I would simply take what you need to ship to the post office they won't lie to you, steal your articles and then claim innocense under the guise of "policy".
