Stockport Mill Inn

The previous review on this site was when the Inn was under different management, so I felt compelled to add a new review. I found the management to be very helpful and competent. I stayed in one of the suites and it was well-appointed. The breakfasts are a bit too light for my taste, but there is a shared fridge where guests can bring their own food items for breakfast or other meals. The restaurant is very nice and inexpensive but is only open Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon.



It's an ideal place to stay when visiting family in the area or for a quiet weekend away. The town is very small, however, so don't expect a lot of tourist attractions.



The Inn has a WIFI network but cell coverage is spotty at best (as of 7/2012 - there is a rumor that more cell towers are coming soon).
