Les Schwab Tires

The last thing I want to do is go to an automotive facility. However, I needed new tires and wanted to shop around. I remember seeing the Les Schwab commercials and thought I would stop by to see what they had to offer. To my surprise the Stockton Charter Way Les Schwab location was just like the commercials. When I had arrived a gentleman ran out to my car and greeted me. We began to walk inside and he held the door for me as I walked in. I told him that I was shopping around for tires and wanted to know what they had to offer. He let me know he had noticed that one of my tires was low on air & he would like to pull it in to check it. So he did. He then printed up a quote instantly. I asked him how he knew my tire size; he explained that he looked when he came out to greet me. He was so fast, I had not even noticed! The quote had several options. He went over each and every option, and then went on to tell me about the FREE warranty that they offer in addition. I told him I would think about it and get back to them. Just as I was about to leave, the technician came in and said I did in fact have a nail in my tire. I asked how much for the repair, he then said NO CHARGE with a smile!! I was again surprised! I have NEVER been to any automobile facility where I ever received anything FREE. I thanked him & left. I shopped around, but no one compared with selection, service & warranty they offer. I went back to Les Schwab about 2 months later. Again, a different gentleman came running out to my car & I received the same service. They took my information and right away they pulled my car in. I had a brand new set of tires in under a half an hour. When I went to pay, they told me that they had checked my brakes; shocks & alignment & everything looked great – all free of charge again! I barely had enough time to have enjoy there yummy popcorn they offer. So you can bet I will be back for my free rotations & popcorn! I would HIGHLY recommend them. They are friendly & very knowledgeable!!!!
