I went to the Stockton dealership and I had the most terrible experience ever in buying a car.... these ppl were very unorganized and unprofessional.... the dealer that helped me named Abraham lied to me and told me everything was good until the day I pick up the car... they started asking me wired questions details that were already ironed out prior to picking up the car. They had me wait for 4.5hrs to tell me no I can't get the car after they already said I had to give me my money back! Oh and had me get car insurance on a car that I don't have!
I'm not saying all Paul Blanco locations are bad! Just don't go the Stockton location! Save yourself the headache!

Walked in late to my appointment and was immediately taken to be seated and for a busy Saturday I thought that was great! I worked with Brandon and his manager who diligently worked to process and approve my application. I've recently fallen into the "life happens" category and didn't expect to even be approved. I left without a car today only because they didn't really have many options for my price range and the car that I was only lukewarm on, I felt, was a little too high in monthly payments. Overall the entire experience was really great and I do recommend giving them a try. They didn't try to use high pressure sales tactics, were very professional and worked hard for me. I didn't catch the managers name but he was great and got the approval that Brandon had passed on to me. Thanks guys!
Saturday November 7th, 2015 I walked around the Stockton location for an hour with being greeting.
Sunday, I go to the Sacramento location test drive a 2014 Cadillac ATS with $29k miles. I walk around for an hour without being greeted. I walked inside to speak with a rep. I was pre-approved online and just wanted to test drive the Cadillac. The rep told me if I didn't see the car on the lot then it's sold and to come back later when my co-signer was with me.
I asked for his manager and was given another rep. Also, come to find out the Cadillac was in the back inventory lot. So I test drove it and the 2nd rep, who was ready to go home for the day, said he would contact me eventually the next day that he worked.
Monday, I went to the Stockton location when they opened and spoke with Miguel. I told him that I wanted that Cadillac from Sacramento but would not give that location the sale. I gave him the number I thought was fair based on other cars in the central valley. He said that was too low and that there was only $400 profit in his number.
The manager came over to bully me. Said if I could find a better car go and try. I told him I bought a car last year and the clutch went out within the first month and the experience was bad. He then asked why would I buy another then from Paul Blanco... Wow.
We agreed on the price and finished the sale. I drove to the Sacramento office to pick up the car. It was dirty and out of gas. I drove it home. The next morning I had it washed. There are water spots that are stained on the glass and chrome. This is the first time I have seen the car in the daylight. The tires have rubber chunks missing, rims are scuffed good, an emblem is missing off the trunk, the black paint looks like someone attempted to get the water spots off with STEEL WOOL and the glass is also evenly scratched by something. My new car looks so ghetto and I am upset.
I went through 3 sales reps and 2 sales managers and I ended up with a good car that looks like crap in the sun. These people are use to selling to customer that they see as desperate and in need of them. A company that creates more detractors than promoters will eventually go out of business. Lastly I got a thing in the mail saying that I need to pay them $1,000 deposit within 20 days even though I said to Miguel I don't need or want to put a deposit down.
If this is how they treat well-qualified customers that make over $6500/monthly and with a co-signer with a credit score of 755+ ... how do you think they treat no so qualified clients? I thought this car was worth the trouble, but in the end I got taken a 2nd time by Paul Blanco's "good car company."

Heard adds on The Fox..."No credit...bad credit, bankruptcy...unfortunate life circumstances...and, last but not least.."If you're a senior citizen will wave or greatly assist your down payment...
At the end of many hours waiting...presumably for a lender to respond..."Yes..we need $4,700 down and $300 A month car note (My retirement income $1,200)..."But sir...what about the senior program? (I'm 66 years old)..."Yes sir...we will wave $500 of the down for 30 days..." what then? "You pay us...
At the end of the day...just another cheesy used car dealer on the hustle...don't waste your time at Mr Blanco...and if you are a senior...beware of any charitable claims...

I just purchased a automobile at Paul Blanco's Autoplex this week. I had heard several bad review for Paul Blanco's, however, my experience was very good. My sales person's name was Janet Reyes and she was wonderful. We connected right away and she was very honest with me and was an excellent salesperson. I wasn't sure exactly what type of car I wanted, however, she took the time to show me various cars and allowed me to test drive them. Once I decided on the car she walked me through the details and introduced me to the GM and together they worked closely with me until the contract was signed. Janet called me after the purchase to make sure I was happy with the car and advised me that I could bring the car in if anything needed repair or maintenance. I would refer my friends to purchase from Paul Blanco but it is important to have your paperwork together. The staff is thorough and you can't just go there expecting a car and not have paperwork that is in order. Thank you.

They will tell you anything to get you in the door. They told us we would need a much lower down payment on the phone. So we sold our only car went down with the money they said we'd need and got told it would be twice as much!
