The place is improving o give give stars to Mrs Angela she worked with me in a timely manner to get things done for me and she was pleasant to talk too .I love her and she does a great job.

O stars for cleanliness, 0 stars for security, 0 stars for speedy reply, 0 stars for PEST CONTROL. How this property got 4 OR 5 stars from Apartment. Com is BEYOND me.

They have failed as a luxury community

The only reason they have ONE star is because the program won't let me Submit!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could! Absolutely horrible!!! Our carpet flooded 3 times. The first time all they did was shampoo it, second time they ripped it up added some thin padding and left. It flooded again and it has been over 3 weeks since we've heard from the office regarding the 3rd complaint! We just now had to stop a carpet crew that was actually at our neighbors house helping with their flooded floor as well. Horrible management, they don't care about issues, you have to call 4 or 5 times before they actually get someone out to look at the problem. We've had nothing but issues since we've been here and I can't wait for the lease to be up in a month! I do not recommend this place to anyone! Its dirty, tons of bugs..centipedes, roaches..eww! The TV/internet options are horrible! There's always random gunshots outside. I know it's cheap, but there has to be other cheap places with better management and property! No one should have to live with water damage, smelly kitchen cabinets and carpet, bugs, gun shots, and cheap outdated town homes and apartments! Not to mention the attitudes in the leasing office are ridiculous! They act like they have better things to do than help tenants! Don't do it!!!

The crime rate in the area is high, they never fix the apartments, and the staff is rude.

Terrible place to live. It was the old bait and switch, except this time it was an apartment that was switched. I was showed one apartment and rented another one. The place is dirty and disgusting. The back security gate doesn't work, it is always open. No box to enter, just open to the public, not only residents! Very bad.

FOR $99 AND DONT GIVE YOU THE ONE THAT YOU LOOKED AT WHEN YOU DID THE TOUR TO MOVE IN,THEY JUST THROW YOU IN ONE THAT READY.ON TOP OF THAT THERE 2 BROTHERS THAT RUN THIS SCAM ,ONCE YOU SIGN THE LEASE THEY TELL YOU WHO YOUR CABLE PROVIDER IS... PRIMECAST (WHICH IS THE BROTHER OF THE ONE THAT OWN THE APTS.)THEN PRIMECAST TELL YOU THAT ONLY THE PERSON ON THE LEASE HAS TO GET THE CABLE IN THERE NAME.TO FIND OUT WHEN THE BILL COMES THAT YOU ARE PAYING TWO CABLE PROVIDERS WHICH IS DIRECTV AND THE BROTHER OF PRIMECAST AND THEN THE LEASING PEOPLE TELL US AFTER 2 MONTHS OF SERVICE THAT THEY ARE HAVING A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT PRIMECAST SO WE E-MAIL CORP. OFFICE AND THEY TELL US IT WILL BE FIXED AND NEVER WAS , WE'RE BEEN HERE 6 MONTHS WITH NO CABLE AND TWO GIRLS HAVE GOTTEN *APED AND ONE *ILLED WITH A SILENCER AND THE RESIDENTS WAS NOT TOLD , WE HAD TO SEE IT ON THE NEWS . NOT A GOOD PLACE TO MOVE WITH KIDS !!!

The price that we are paying for the place is nice but everything else needs MAJOR IMPROVEMENT! Things that were on my original walk through were not fixed until 8 months later (after contacting the office at least 5 times). There have been 2 robberies, 1 sexual assault, and other crimes. The people who live here continue to break the gate at the front entrance so there is no real security. Make this your last resort. I don't know that I would reccomend this place to my worst enemy.

I wish I would have never moved in here. I actually contacted a lawyer because of the crimes and lack of maintenance work.
