Cascade Falls

This place is not worth the money or the time. bad air circulation causes mold and also allows for your patio to freeze shut. My counter were never fix in the entire time I lived there. We went though over 9 managers in my time. 6 maintenance men. They do not pay accounts for work done. Smoke from other units vent from wall into your place. The manager teams have done nothing but show favoritism to the one that kiss up and does repairs for people they like. Took me over 3 yrs. to get my garage and a new dishwasher. My bathtub was 4 colors even after asking to have it fixed never was. My carpet was down to the threads since day one and was never fixed. Bathroom floor was weak and has been pushed off by corporate and all manager as a low priority till some one fall through it. The washer and dryer vent tube is loose and can not be attached firmly to the wall so it causes even more moisture and mold. I had to out of my own pocket pay to replace my plumbing under the sinks since my bath one leaked and the kitchen one was held up by duct tape and a 2x4. One bedroom door has been coming apart over and over since they just want to re-glue it all the time. The bathroom door now has the same problem due to the fact the piece separating the bath and hallway carpet caught the door and pulled it apart. The ant problems are out of control. I had to throw out books cause of ant colonizing in them. A few other apartments had rodent issues also. Even with contacting the state for help they turned a blind eye. The cupboard doors fall off and do not shut right. i fractured my right foot when one fell on it. The only way i got one of mine to stay on was drill in bolts to hold it on as they have been stripped on all parts and they wouldn't even give me a new cupboard door or a sorry. The cop might as well open a station on property as they are here pretty close to everyday. The turn over rate is huge if you like new people every few months it will work for you. The hallways can smell like pee, pot, beer or smoke. your windows will freeze shut due to no insulation or quality for window them selves. The playground is also falling apart the swing set has come loose and will get someone hurt soon. The basketball court in one summer cause 4 of us in one month to now all have knee problems. the garage keys can open multiple units. The 60 buck fee is not enforce on all units they pick and choose. The kids are disrespectful and fight all the time. Most are not even supervised by an adult like the rules state. I have had my garage broken into and vandalized. One good thing I have for the company is the manager is very nice, but again does show favoritism. If you are able I would look somewhere else to live till they fix that place up.
