My experience at the cash advance place has been a nightmare. When I read the other review I should have paid attention.



First ,they do have terrible customer service. And they will tell you one amount of money to get you into the door and the offer you much less once you get there. And the hoops they make you jump through!



Then they will ofer you a check that won't clear the bank for several days or a debit card. Now with the debit card you have to take out the money in 2 separate transactions and they charge you for each transaction on the debit card plus you have to pay the transaction fees on each ATM!! They make you pay to get the money!!! Twice!!



And the interest rate is crazy! More than any other cash advance place. My first payment for a $500 loan was $155.00. Now i went in and paid $100.00 and made arrangements to pay the other $55.00 when I made the next installment the following month. What they did was call my bank until I had money in my account and put through a check for $100.00. That's right, they took twice as much as what I acually owed them!!!! When I called him, he laughed. He said nobody told me to come there in the first place.



Do Not and I cannot stress to you enough DO NOT borrow money from this place. There are so many other cash advance places that will give you more money at better rates and treat you with a little respect!



I would rather go bankrupt that to EVER give these people another dime.!

They have bad customer service!!!!!!!!



After you bring in all the requirements, they still question you like your lying. They take a long time to process and then they will not let you borrow what was told to being with. I waited so long for them to tell me ,"that if i wanted to borrow more I have to come back the next day to speak to a manager?" I didn't go back,I called instead and the manager didn't help at all.



To top this off, I was a long time customer and they didn't even know it. I had a loan with them about 3 years ago and I paid them off with no problems. Now they keep calling to offer me money and try to be nice. I tell them the story and all they do is apologize .



Please tell all your friend about this place.
