Bath Planet did great work at my house. The new acrylic system looks beautiful. I couldn't believe how they transformed my entire bathroom in just 1 day. There was a slight delay in installing it, but I guess they are busy. I would highly recommend using them.

I had a contract with Bath Planet and they didn't honor any verbal agreements made with me. After the process had started they didn't even honor what was written in the contract either. I contact the owner to get things fixed and he acted like I was nothing but an inconvenience not worth the time of day. He refused to even honor the written contract. After canceling everything I am now relieved to finally be rid of the entire scamming company. You will not be happy with the level of service you receive here. Just read the other reviews and complaints on better business bureau. You can see not only the blatant violation of contracts but also just how poor the level of service you will receive from the owner Dimitris.

I had bath planet come out to my house on a weekend and the sales rep Jim was pushy on getting my info to go forward with the contract. I called Jim back an hour after his visit to my home and said I needed time to think. He said no problem nothing can be submitted until monday anyway. Just to be sure I called the office in streamwood and told the office worker there as well. 48 hours later I get a call saying they ran my credit and opened an account in my name. I had them cancel everything and told them that we had a verbal agreement not to even submit any paperwork. They told me that nobody told him not to submit anything and I can just go ahead and get a new tub anyway he would even take off $1000. I declined. A few weeks later I get a statement in the mail saying they charged money to the account they opened in my name. After getting ahold of Demitris (the owner of Bath Planet) he treated me like scum that wasn't worth the time of day. I contact the bank and had them cancel the account. After fighting with Demitris for a few weeks to undo everything they had done to hurt my credit and waste my time I ended up having to go through other companies to have them reverse any credit reporting and charges. Bath Planet of Chicagoland not only did not honor their agreements they had a clear violation of contract by charging unauthorized amounts to the account they opened in my name. On top of that they had also run credit before the legal minimum wait period. If you use Bath Planet you will be sorry. Please check them out on BBB and read the complaints. You are able to see what issues you will probably encounter and more importantly you will also see how Demitiris responds and treats the people that just gave him thousands of dollars.

I appreciate that I met Bath Planet at a carnival and they followed up with me immediately. I liked that they helped me to see the value of the product. One of the men I talked with told me I would love it and I do. I thought it was a good investment.
