CVS Pharmacy

Worst customer service I have ever had. I am a manager at a restaurant so I know what customer service should be like. The pharmacy here is horrible and the staff is even worse. They had 5 and a half hours to fill my prescription and they told me they didn't fill it. I was told to come back in 30 minutes so I did. Waited for 45 minutes for someone to check me out and I was the second person in line. My prescription has been ready since I got there and I know because she put it in front of me. I was standing at the pharmacy register for 45 minutes and a line formed behind me. The lady who was helping me started calling people that were behind me who just walked in. She had a bad attitude the whole time and was actually arguing with other pharmacists in front of me. Another pharmacist had a bad attitude as well. Keep in mind there were 5 pharmacy staff members working. They called for another cashier from the front of the store. The new cashier came and jumped on the register I was standing at and said I can help the next customer. I said excuse me I've been here for 45 minutes and my prescription has been ready. The First Lady who was helping me threw it at her and I paid and stormed out. I will never come back ever again! I am taking all of my prescriptions off they're list. I have never had such bad service in my life.
