Suffield Pizza & Family Restaurant

Well...I was trying to entertain a client with a Large Village Special Pizza, cooked extra crispy, and ended up with undercooked, soggy-dough, with toppings, and when you tried to handle a slice of it with your fingers it was impossible, had to use a fork AND 3/4 of it got tossed into the rubbish anyway. I then proceeded to call this establishment got the owner and she said that "it's the fault of our conveyer system and that if they would have sent it through again that it would have been burned" and she then proceeded to say that if I returned it she wiould have offered me an extra topping for the inconvienence. WHAT?? Is this the future for pizza "soggy garbage"? The Pizza used to be one of my #1 staples now it's #100!
