The idea to open up a consulting firm that could provide state of the art telecom services, reduce costs and provide a telecom arm to the client that would bypass the need to go directly to the carriers has been very sucessful. This account manager will develop and maintain relationships with your vendors and providers. By utilizing TCA's staff to manage your telecom, this will free up your staff to focus on your business rather than dealing with telecom related issues.
