Tidy Tails

Always very professional and accomidating. Very reasonable prices and walking welcome. Very helpful when dog had pups...came out to parking lot to car and trimmed all puppies and mom nails (7pups 6 weeks old)........

I have a shih tzu and was desperate for a last minute/same day grooming. I called all around fairfield/suisun and this place was the only place that had openings that day. I couldn't understand the lady at the front desk. Very choppy english. My dog was groomed quicker than most places. About 2 hours. I wasn't satisfied nor dissatisfied with the grooming. You get what you pay for.

We moved to Dixon in July 2009 and took our dog to two different local grooming services, but neither gave our dog as good of a grooming as Tidy Tails. So, I finally gave up and made the 30 minute drive to Tidy Tails. We just got her groomed today and she looks the best she's been in the last year. Tidy Tails appears to have plenty of grooming stations, and the staff always treat the dogs well, even if they are "energetic" and a little difficult to groom. They give the dogs/cats some time to calm down from being dropped off at the shop, then they give them the works. A bath, grooming, and nail trimming. I don't know if they express the glands. I've had a nice, positive experience every time I've been to Tidy Tails, and that's why I gave them 5 stars.

We have started bringing our three yorkies to Tidy Tales this year and we have been very satisfied with them compared to the other places we've gone through. The staff is very professional and the owner is very accomodating and friendly. They really take good care of our babies! We highly recommend them.

Tidy Tales offers a warm and friendly atmosphere. My threes chihuahuas love going to Tidy Tales. The staff are genlte with the babies.
