I have receive nothing but the best of service for the Marlow Height Center. Always friendly and courtesy and loyal to the customers. I am at least a 5 year customer. Service gets better and better. Keep up the good customer service and your employee always goes that extra mile.

I am soo happy with this Enterprise! Most of the time i dread renting a car because it takes time, but here I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Thank God for the online quick fill form too. The staff was very friendly and they have a wide selection of vehicles here. I will be back to this location.

I've rented several vehicles from this location over the past 3 years and have experienced only a few instances where things didn't work out to my complete satisfaction. This recent rental experience had its questionable moments in the beginning, but the office manager was awesome with his customer service skills and made things right when I returned the vehicle. He asked me about the overall experience, listened intently and was determined to make it a pleasant one. I was extremely satisfied with the rental and service I received (thanks to his concern) and will definitely return to that location for my next rental. Thank You !!
