Delk installed a hot water heater which was in my garage. Total time on project was a little less than 2 hours. Charged me $800.00. Due the math. What did the water heater cost? Perhaps $300.00 or $350.00. The rest was for 2 hours labor. Never did receive a detailed invoice that I asked for. Think twice!!

I currently moved to summerville not knowing who to contact for my hot water heater, I was looking to upgrade. When I called they spoke to me pleasantly and suggested a tankless for my new home. I also called other plumbers for the same service that did not seem like they knew as much as delk plumbing I won't use anyone else. And they do heating and air now I know who to contact when my ac needs servicing. Thank you delk plumbing!

Totally shocked. I had a natural gas hot water heater go out within a year of instalation so I asked if I could get an emergency crew to come out to check and I was instructed to contact the manufacturer which could take several days to get someone to come out. What happened to customer service and following up on warranties. Very very dissapointed.

Found out they were voted Summerville's #1 plumber, so I had to give them a shot. Tech's were very polite and clean and got the job done. I greatly appreciate it! Keep up the good work!!
