Princess Nails

I've been there four times over several months and every time I've been disappointed. You get the same thing done on each visit and the price continues to climb or you get someone that isn't listening and performs services you don't want and then they expect you to pay for it when you were saying no the entire time. I won't be back.

Way overpriced and unprofessional enviroment.

I was very disappointed with this place. I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was nice. However, when I arrived I was greeted by a VERY RUDE Randy. He asked what service I wanted and I explained that I wanted a polish. When I asked to see the bottle (because the colors are often different in the bottle than on the sample), he proceeded to berate me and speak to me in a condescending manner. When I told him that I thought he was being rude, he laughed and said he wasn't being rude. I continued to try to explain my point of view and why I needed to see the bottle. After several minutes, I explained that I was leaving and taking my business elsewhere. I do not have to spend my money in a place that is not going to value me as a customer and treat me with respect!
