B2 Perfection Auto Body

B2 Perfection is just what the name implies - according to my latest experience. I had my car repaired a few months ago - came out beautiful, but a single decal sticker wasn't available. Personally I didn't find that to be an issue, but Jon of B2 Perfection brought that up to me and discussed how we could get it applied - to make it perfect.
Well, it was one of those things I forgot about - dropped off my radar. Jon contacted me recently to say that he had the decal and that we should plan to get it applied. We took care of that today with top-notch service - B2 Perfection was able to provide me a ride to/from my home for very convenient drop off of the car. And my car came back detailed again! Very very nice.
I will absolutely use B2 Perfection again any time I need a car worked on. And, I'm delighted to recommend B2 Perfection.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by B2 Perfection Auto Body. They were very professional and courteous, explaining all necessary repairs without trying to confuse me or talk dumb, which I was afraid some workshops might try to do, especially with me being female. In addition, they send regular email progress updates with photos, which is very helpful. Our car was actually in just before Christmas and needed at least 4-5 days workshop time to repair; also we were hoping to sell the car within a few weeks too. The B2 team went above and beyond to ensure we had the car back by close of business Christmas Eve and even stayed late to ensure a quality service despite having encountered delays on receiving some service parts.

They have done a terrific job in making the car look as though it just left the showroom. I would definitely recommend B2 Perfection Auto Body to all my friends.

My Infiniti never looked so good, the color match is perfect and they detail outside and inside, cleaning a coffee stain I had. These guys go out of their way to make you happy. The customer service is the best I've ever seen. Brad's attention to detail is incredible, and perfection is his business. The driver's side wheel well of my Ford Mustang was dented from an accident, and the other party had Mercury Insurance. Mercury covered everything with no deductible, and I paid an extra amount for additional work. Now it looks brand new. I strongly recommend B2!!

My car got keyed... And when I took my car in to get looked at by Brad, he guaranteed that he would my my car look brand new, better than when it just came out of the dealership. Thats just what he did! B2 Perfection did and awesome job! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top of the line body shop!

Outstanding service and auto body work recently performed on our 1998 Honda.



I've had my share of dings and dents over the years and have always relied on USAA approved body shops for the repairs. This time, however, I chose B2 Perfection Auto Body based on the enthusiastic recommendation by a friend. I was not disappointed. B2 Perfection is showroom clean, from the reception area to the repair area and everywhere in between. The quality of the repair was better than new. The whole car looked almost new after repair to a quarter panel. Their complete attention to detail is unmatched. Further, when I picked up the vehicle, I noticed the pneumatic tubes supporting the rear hatch were not working. B2 Perfection replaced them with no fuss and at their cost. I found out later from my wife they were failing before the car was given to their care - a real example of their impressive service.





I am 100% satisfied with this repair and would definitely refer them to others.

I have used Brad before and his service is excellent. He helped me to get my rental car and the body work is excellent. My mercedes was rear ended before, and they were able to put everything back as brand new. There were absoutely no way that I can tell the differences. Another time, my mercedes was impacted by someone trying to back out from the parking lot, and B2 was able to do the magic again. This time, my daughter had a car accident, and they could have fixed that for us and make the money. In stead, Brad told us we would be much happier to take the money and buy another car. I'm not the kind of person will jump into conclusion right away. B2 does provides consistency in the body work and service, and they do care about their customers. I will always go back to B2 if I need their help again...

I am a repeat customer & I would definitely recommend B2 Perfection Auto Body to anyone in the Bay Area. They have excellent customer service, very professional attitude and Brad always go the extra mile to give you the best service at the best price. My latest job, involved work on my spouse's car to remove a number of dings, repair the front and back bumpers & replace one damaged headlight. B2 Perfection did a great job, not only on the outside but also on the inside with full upholstery cleanup. I sold my car in a day once it was on the market. Thanks again B2 Perfection.

B2 Perfection Auto Body was recommended to me shortly after my car, a Mustang, was damaged in an accident. I write this note to advise that everything about our experience with the B2 team was excellent from the moment we first started working with them. The estimate to repair the damage was reasonable, the workmanship was first-class and the repairs were completed exactly at the time & date that they had promised. We could not have been more pleased with the results.



The owners and staff of B2 are nice people, too: easy to work with and helpful in answering questions to explain the process.



Last, I note that Perfection is an appropriate part of the name of this business. The shop is uncommonly orderly and clean; the owners appear to be incredibly detail-oriented; everyone on the B2 staff seems to have a passion to 'do things right'. We feel fortunate to have found B2 to handle the repairs on our car.
