I was looking for a 2012 ford focus and I have done my research and dif what everyone does; I went out to find the best price. After going to many Ford dealerships I came to Sunnyvale Ford. Overall was pretty good experience. There was some confusion on when my car would be in since it was coming new from factory so I could not say if this was an issue on their end or Ford's factory end. a little more communication would been nice but over all satisfied.
