Sunnyvale Ford

I bought a car from Sunnyvale Ford. Everyone was so helpful in the purchase of my new vehicle. My salesperson was excellent and full of knowledge. I brought my car in for the first service and Ronnie really took the time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great Ford product and great customer service.

Delt with their sales department and service department and both departments are very professional as well as treat you with respect. Had a great experience working with Darren in their sales department helped me get a great deal, and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. Would highly recommend this dealership to those looking to purchase or service their vehicle.

In buying our vehicle, we were given very accurate information on financing and options. Tim our sales man was very good about letting us take the decisions, and the financing team let me have options up to the very last signature. When my bank got complicated, they were very flexible with the contract. A great team effort in helping us with the best deal.

I actually bought a car here at Sunnyvale Ford about two years ago here but I come here to get my oil changes and keep my car in top shape. They have great mechanics that I trust and they always do a great job. Prices here are reasonable for the great job that they do.

My mother and I where searching high and low for an affordable yet safe car and we went to a few dealerships but we didn't find anything. We passed by Sunnyvale Ford and decided to stop in. When we came on to the lot they were very polite and asked if we needed any help we said yes and they pretty much asked us our price range what type of car were we looking for ect. They actually listened to what we wanted and we found the perfect car for my sister. It was in out price range, its a safe car and it made my sister happy at her graduation party so I just wanted to give a big thanks to Sunnyvale Ford for the help. Highly recommend them, they are great.

So far, I like this place. It doesn't hurt that I love my new car. Anyway, their sales department was pretty sketchy, and the finance department even sketchier, in the usual car dealership way, but with some Blue Book information in hand, I was ready to deal and they came up with a good price eventually. Also, they ended up having to send the car to a body shop to finish the detailing, but they went ahead and did that, and also gave me a free rental for that time. (The body shop trip got scheduled a week or so after purchase.) I haven't used their service department yet, but I did see a CHP Crown Vic on a lifter when I picked up my car again, which made me think that this will probably work.

Jack Mukaar was very professional and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. The whole sales team was great. This has been the Best dealership I've delt with. Finance Dept. AWESOME!

Sale! The salesperson at Sunnyvale Ford was very polite and absolutely knows Ford vehicles. We then proceeded to Leoni who helped us for loan process and thankfully was able to accommodate our needs. So my experience leaves them with 2 thumbs up.

My overall experience at Sunnyvale Ford was amazing. Special thanks to Darron and David who were exceptional with the car buying process. They made it easy for my husband and I to decide what vehicle was right for us.
