To whom it may concern;

Please be advised that the pharmacy team and the store manager are both completely bungling and lacking in their professional skills limiting the type of service expected from the CVS.

Saturday, March 9, 2013 a prescription was called in at 8:20am. By 11:30 am no call, text or any form of notification had been received from the pharmacy that the order had been filled. So I called myself. Carlos answers the phone and leaves me on hold after I told him not to do that. I would have just as well called back. After an unacceptably long wait, I hung up. My second call was answered by Smitha John, who also asked me to hold. I responded with “NO”, by this time it’s near noon and I’m irritated with this whole process. She explains that she is too busy, I told her to forget it…I’ll use an alternate pharmacy. Ten minutes later I receive a call and text telling me my prescription had been filled and is ready for pick up. What part of “FORGET IT” does she not understand? Her problem is she does not listen to the patron. So I called back a to speak to the store manager, Jacob, as he claimed to be the manager on duty was absolutely ridicules with his “I dunno” answers too. He could not of the top of his head tell me names, did not know any of the staff in the pharmacy and the parade begins. I did manage to get a few names. Rusty Applebury is who I was told to call…..no answer. Apparently this is the general practice of CVS….”CUSTOMER VALUE SUCKS”!
