        With an hour or so on our hands the day before Thanksgiving, my daughter and I stopped into the Bloomingdale's Outlet at Sawgrass Mills Mall. In possession of a $300 gift card for longer than I can remember, I planned on leaving the store with something.

        A marked down Michael Kors suit for me, along with women's shoes and socks for my daughter. Spent the whole gift card and owed $1.78 at check out.

        Gordon in men's wear was especially helpful. He had a ton of questions concerning wear and style and directed me toward what he thought best. In search of clearance items, I ended up with a nice Michael Kors suit that was marked down, but not on clearance. The clearance items I was most interested in were either one size too big or one size too small.

        Store wasn't terribly busy for the day before Thanksgiving. Cashier was polite and even made sure my Bloomingdale's loyalist account was properly credited.
