I've lived here over 5 years and found this to be a safe and comfy home. I have a 3 bedroom with sliding door off living room with space for my bbq and chairs. I've used the onsite maintenance twice in the past and they responded well and quite knowledgeable on the fixes. I have seen people come and go. I will say I am pleased they tend to evict those who are bad. And the good people here like that. I will also say I like how they keep the grass cut and trimmed and the snow shoveled for us and the manager Brian does a good job here.
