CVS Pharmacy

Though I live close to this CVS and it would be convenient to continue going there I'm not going to even if I have to drive out of my way. The reason being, every time I have gone in there, there has been a Huge line and the help and management don't care. Also, if someone has lotto winnings it's as if time stops for them. Last time I'd already waited ten minutes in line and this woman who just walked in after me came up next to me as I was checking out and proceeded to hand the cashier her ticket to cash, I was getting my change out, I finally said I was sick w a health condition, which is true, and if the cashier didn't stop helping her and finish w me I was going to pass out. This is the truth. The middle aged short haired w glasses woman next to me was dressed better but I, an MBA student, did not dress up, I was in shorts because it was 90 out. I'm not dressing up to go to CVS for toilet paper on a 90 degree day just to get some respect. I don't think I should have to, but that's okay, I won't be back ever again and would recommend that unless you are a gambling lotto playing reject you don't go either. Save yourself the time and grief.

I used to go here all the time, probably for 10 years now. Today, with the same account number I have always used, I went with a coupon they sent to my house and tried to use it. Correct dates, non sale items, everything as the coupon stated and it wouldn't work. And they treated me so poorly. The manager, Brenda, stated she just didn't know why it wouldn't work and there was nothing they could do. She just "didn't know". And looked at me as if I were a child and didn't know anything. Well, not only are they losing my $40 sale today, but my monthly prescriptions at around $50, and cosmetics, hair products food etc. I'm going to rite aid or target! I couldn't believe the way they treated such a loyal customer. Maybe it was only $11 off, but to me that's a difference, and I work in retail and know we treat the customer way better than that.
