Plato's Closet

The customer service at this store is complete and total garbage, if you go in expecting any sort of casual banter of politeness you’re going to be sorely disappointed. Not only are they rude to your face, but they openly gossip while going through your items. I went in with all seasonal fall items, scarves, beanies, boots, etc.., and was told none of my items were in season. I 150% recommended driving all the way to tukwila and going to the plato’s by southcenter, you’ll have way better luck.

The older lady with blonde hair that works at the 38th street store turns away minorities and acts like the computer system is down. She does this all of the time. Maybe she needs to move down south for that racist nonsense, you are working at a place that takes used items honey...get over yourself.

Perfect for treasure hunters. I left with so many new finds that I had to make new space in my house. Affordable and fun!

Went in to Plato's today to look around...left with a ton of goodies for next to nothing! All the girls were incredibly sweet and helpful, and the store was very well organized. Love the Tacoma location!!
