We have been renting a house for 6 months that this management company represents and have had an excellent experience. Our agent Lisa Hueholt, has been terrific! She quickly resolved a few issues we had before we moved in and when the a/c went out she had someone there the next day to fix it. We love the house and appreciate Lisa's help.

From the start they rushed signing lease ..False advertising ..no microwave.. washer /dryer rusted ..floors uneven .. throughout condo ... please read reviews on this company before renting .. terrible service .. cannot wait until lease is up ...writing the Attorney General hoping they will investigate complaints

Awful, just awful. They will delay posting payments to charge late fees and do nothing to help you when you have a problem. They received so many complaints you can only talk to someone "by appointment only" Sketchy accounting practices, worthless owners and unreliable service define this "comapny". Check the BBB reviews, just awful and I am suprised the attorney general has not investigated this company for fraud yet.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!! Property Owners Beware....these people will NOT maintain your property...they will consistenly lie to tenants, and charge outrageous fees! Tenants: if you feel like moving into a house with mold, a leaky roof, numerous pests and no maintenance...you have FOUND IT!

Do yourselves a favor and do not rent through, or allow this company to represent your property. They should change their name to All County Tampa Bay Property MISManagement. I rented a property through this agency for 26 months. Things started off sourly when they gave us they keys and permission to move in 3 days before the lease start date then had us remove property we had already transferred over because the lease hadn’t started yet. It took them 24 months to install smoke detectors, two months to fix a leaky roof- mind you I had just given birth to an infant with a very vulnerable immune system, yet they let the leak continue and only fixed the outside roof, leaving soaked insulation and a cracked ceiling which has grown mold spores I’m sure. Any maintenance issue takes weeks to be attended to. When I told them on three different occasions that there were termites they also took their sweet time in sending someone out for this. The termites took my bathroom hostage and I have since found their excrement and shed wings in not only my bathroom but on the dishes we eat off of. They do not look out for the homeowner’s best interests in their valuable property. There is no doubt both termite and water damage to the home that could have been avoided if they were prompt in their addressing situations. We are currently in the initial stages of home buying and went month to month- we let them know we would keep them updated to our leaving date, and they have since taken it upon themselves to terminate our tenancy and give us 30 days to find our family a home. We have never missed a rent payment or been more than one day late, never had a neighbor complain, yet our family is being forced into the streets and they are demanding that we allow our home be open whenever they so request it for new potential tenants to view the property. Your “property managers” are never available when you call and will ignore you for as long as they can, then claim to have never received phone messages. It’s so ironic that I just had a good friend rent a house and when she told me that she was having issues with getting a call back I knew right away she was dealing with these winners. Currently they are charging us late fees for rent that was dropped off over weekends where the 1st fell on a non working day.... so they received the rent the 2nd because they were not open to take it the 1st and they want to charge us $30+ dollars. They will find every way to screw you over if you enter into a lease with them. OH- and the agent had the nerve to ask for a copy of the lease.... the lease that she took after we signed and promised to mail a copy 15 months ago- we never recieved this so they don't even have our lease on file. That is the kind of mismanagement we are dealing with. So renters- if you want to be used and abused, ignored and mistreated, then thrown on the streets with no valid reason…. Then All County Tampa Bay is the place you should choose to rent a home with. And Homeowners, if you’d like your property neglected and maintenance issues that they are under contract to help you with to go without being taken care of, then surely, call All County today. They are awesome at being awful!
