After diagnosing an issue with my pool and collecting a service fee, would not return phone calls to explain how the diagnosis was arrived upon. Eventually took it apart myself to find that it was not the expensive part he claimed it to be. It was only a loose piece of plastic stuck in the gear not allowing it to turn. Had Ken taken this equipment apart to properly diagnose the problem, he would have seen this, removed it and there would not have been a misdiagnosis. It is unfortunate that Ken "guessed" at the diagnosis and didn't return several phone calls to try to help me understand what the issue was.



In the future, Ken may want to consider being honorable, taking pride in his work, doing the job he's being paid to do and return phone calls.
